Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Staff was so friendly and accommodating. I called to ask if i could get my rental a day early and they were quick to tell me yes. It was a little busy went I got there because they were waiting on returns but they kept the waiting guest informed and got the cars turned around quickly. The cars were extremely cleaned and spotless. It was great service and that is why I will always use enterprise.

We had a car reserved for 10 AM Saturday in Columbus, Georgia, only to be called at 9 AM to let us know they did not have a car for us. That threw us in a terrible bind, because we had a time sensitive trip to make all the way to Birmingham (2 1/2 hours away). We scrambled and found a car that we needed at enterprise in Auburn, Alabama. We took off to go get that car, about 30 minutes from our home. When we arrived, I requested that we rent the Explorer on their lot, and that was confirmed…though we were an hour early. We ran to get some food, came back, and were shown to a GMC SUV. So that is not the one I’d ask for when I arrived, but we got in it, and the low tire indicator was on. The tire indicator was not connected, but the tires were fine. Since my wife would be driving it on her own, she did not want to leave with a warning light on. We pointed to a Nissan pathfinder. They scrambled to get it ready for us, and we finally drove out, with also a low tire indicator on, about an hour and a half late. We were really disappointed with the service, and had all intentions not to return and rent again from enterprise. When I returned the vehicle, the manager of the Auburn Enterprise location… 806 Opelika Rd.… began apologizing before I could even say much. She indicated her concern that I would leave unhappy, and assured me that she would do what she could to make sure she earned our business again. Needless to say, before we left, she was so kind and helpful, as well as providing us a discount for our trouble, that I had all intentions of renting from there again. I walked about a mile down the road, though she had offered me a ride, and sat down to do some work on my computer at a McDonald’s, only to realize that I left my wallet in the car. I called the Enterprise, and the manager very graciously had her assistant manager drive the wallet to me at McDonald’s. Rest assured, we will most definitely rent the car from that enterprise again.

This establishment provided top notch customer service in a timely manner. The manager Amber Rogers and the assistant manager Charles went out of their way AFTER NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS to accommodate and simplify an unfortunate incident. I highly recommend the OPELIKA ROAD AUBURN AL Enterprise location. The vehicle they provided was new and clean and was actually an upgrade from what we were supposed to have and they gave it to us for the same price. I cannot say enough about THIS Enterprise location on Opelika Road in Auburn.

They told me I would have to wait an hour after my pick-up time for a car. Then, they asked for documentation to prove my residence. I responded that I had been renting there for years and didn't understand because I hadn't moved. I went home to get needed documentation only to realize that they were closed!!!!( Here's the disgusting part ) my appointment time was 11am, they claimed they would have no cats until 12pm, but they closed at 12pm so there was no chance of me ever driving away with my rental. They showed me no respect, no remorse, and no professionalism. I had been using them for years, but now I am searching for a new rental company for the holidays.
